Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: you can cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To start a return, email hello@noordinary.club with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait until we receive the item back, or proof that you sent it, before refunding. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or misprinted items: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
